Palm Sunday is remembering the triumphant entry of Jesus into Jerusalem.Today in Mass I closed my eyes and imagine myself on the side of the road leading to Jerusalem. I hear that Jesus is coming our way, everyone was cutting palm branch's and lining the road, I too cut a palm branch, and as Jesus past by I cried out. "Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!"
Jesus, you knew why you where coming to Jerusalem, You knew what lay ahead of you. You looked down the road filled with people, you looked in their eyes. You know some of those people who was shouting praises to you, would turn on you in a few days time, but your heart was filled with love and mercy for them, so you continued into Jerusalem.
You looked into the future and you saw me with all my faults and short comings, you know that at times my heart would be filled with praise and love for you, and other times I would fall to my own selfish ways. But your heart was filled with love and mercy for me so you continued in to Jerusalem. LORD HAVE MERCY!

What a wonderful Saturday (April 05,) this morning Eddie and I and my close friend Barbara went to Poteet Strawberry Festival. We had a wonderful time, Eddie had time to himself to go where ever he wanted too, and Barbara and I hit the arts and crafts booths, we ate a breakfast taco, roasted corn, and strawberry shortcake, YUM. On the way out I bought a lavender plant, and both Barbara and Eddie and I bought strawberry plants. Here is pictures on our wonderful day. It is a blessing to spend time with people you care about.
